This Strict Leather Collar is built for comfort and durability. It consists of a two inches wide strap of soft leather folded over for the wearer’ s comfort and a reinforcing heavy duty one inch strap. For extra security it incorporates locking buckles. Fits necks 13 inches to 19 inches.
